SubSync is an AI agent that sits between your store and your suppliers — checking availability, finding alternatives, and syncing stock. No more WhatsApp threads. No more one employee calling suppliers all day.
The problem
Every order triggers a manual check: someone messages or calls the supplier to confirm the item exists.
Out-of-stock surprises reach the customer after they've already ordered — and the cancellation is on you.
You genuinely don't know which supplier is reliable. You only know who annoyed you most recently.
What SubSync does
SubSync confirms item availability with the supplier the moment an order lands — over the channels your suppliers already use.
When an item is out, SubSync finds the configured alternative or the next supplier before the order stalls — and offers it to your customer on the spot, so you never lose a sale to availability.
Supplier stock reality flows into your store, so the catalog stops selling what nobody has.
Every interaction is measured — response time, fulfillment rate, accuracy. You see who deserves your volume, with numbers.
Availability confirmations and alternatives are shared with the customer on the spot — not after they've already walked away. Availability issues stop costing you customers.
How it was built
SubSync came out of our 8-week program with a multi-supplier retailer in Jordan. We mapped how their team actually confirmed availability — message by message — then built the agent around that workflow and put it into daily operation. Every feature exists because a real store needed it. In the program, we do the same mapping for your operation and configure SubSync to fit it.

Who it's for
Stores on Shopify, Salla, or custom platforms that source from multiple suppliers without a live stock feed — dropshippers, multi-brand retailers, marketplaces.
